Personal branding, although a recent phenomenon,”is the practice of people marketing themselves and their careers as brands” (Wikipedia).
A person who has executive presence “radiates confidence and poise, exhibits credibility and humility, demonstrates a high degree of self-awareness, builds on strengths, works on flaws, has influence, commands not demands attention, walks the talk, get things done” (by courtesy of London Image Institute).
Everyone is special and has a distinctive feature, skill, talent or gift. Self-awareness is so important. Use all the ways possible to get to know yourself, what you like and dislike, your personal roadblocks or challenges. When you know yourself properly, is so much easier to brand yourself.
I want to help you build a Personal Brand and Executive Presence that is true to you and what you want to achieve in a few steps.
